Minimum Requirements
- Hold a current FAP licence
- Have Professional Indemnity insurance
- Be a member of an approved Dispute Resolution Scheme
- Ensure your advisers have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – ideally with a lending strand
